To book your accommodation at Villa La Romarine please:-

2. Please complete, sign and post the Booking Form to us at the address below (Please also email to us. We do not have fax facilities)
3. We will confirm the booking arrangements via e-mail.
4. Please ensure that you read the Terms and Conditions below and on the Booking Form.
Please note that it is not possible to sleep more than two adults or children in each room.
Payment Terms
Payment is only accepted in the currency quoted
unless the currency and amount are agreed in
advance with the owners.
A £100 deposit is required for each week booked (to be sent with the signed Booking Form)
Balance must be paid six weeks prior to dates required.
The booking will be confirmed once the payment has been validated.

Cancellation Terms
If you wish to cancel a booking, in normal circumstances the person who signed this
Booking Form & Reservation Terms and Conditions Agreement below must do this.
The cancellation may be made by e-mail or telephone call
(if within 2 weeks of departure) but must always be
confirmed in writing and sent to us by recorded delivery.
Cancellation Charges
Number of weeks prior to arrival
that notice of cancellation is received
More than 8 weeks : 10% of Total Cost
4 - 8 weeks : 50% of Total Cost
2 - 4 weeks : 75% of Total Cost
Less than 2 weeks :100% of Total Cost
Holiday Insurance
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the health and safety
of guests, we cannot be held legally responsible or liable for
any accidents or illnesses that either you or any of the other
guests with you may suffer whilst staying in Villa La Romarine.
In the circumstances, we would thoroughly recommend that you
arrange suitable holiday insurance cover for all parties staying
at Villa La Romarine during the period booked.
Your acceptance of this fact by signing the Booking Form and
Reservation Terms and Conditions Agreement is a requirement.
